I read this book from start to finish with no breaks. Ok, I lied, I maybe used the restroom a couple of times and grabbed some snacks... but I read while I was doing it all. No joke.
I seriously cannot wait for book two. It was certainly worth the wait. And, oh so so delicious."

I seriously cannot wait for book two. It was certainly worth the wait. And, oh so so delicious. - I knew once I started this book I wouldn’t be able to put it down and darn it, I was right. Gidget is such a complex character, she has been through so much in her young life. Especially what she witnessed with her sisters. This book was dark and wonderfully written. Gidgets harem are all over the spectrum of hotness but each one has a dark side and a crushing past at least from what I’ve gathered. I’m excited to learn more about each of the main characters of this book. The cliff hanger was brutal but left you craving more of this story. The second book will be so good!
- I expected alot different plotline based on the blub then what this book provided. And the ending.... Well you get a cliffhanger that when coupled with the bad plot, Im pretty positive this doesn't end happily.
- Oof this was a lot to process. No punches were pulled. There were really sad, heart wrenching moments, with the constant threat of terrible repercussions for Gidget's actions. I loved the age range in her (potential) harem, as well as their various motivations and the tensions between each guy. Somehow despite the rage and hurt that resulted in their initial physical interactions with Gidget, and how incredibly bad they are for her, I just want more of it. I cannot wait to see what happens next, and to see how the relationships develop. This is like smoking or any bad habit - you know how unhealthy it is but its JUST SO ADDICTIVE.
- I’m completely RUINED. CM once again has written an MC club that I can’t get enough of. This book was dark, twisted and crazy good that you won’t want too put your kindle down. Gidget’s life has been nothing but tragic but finds solace in Grainger, Sin, Crown and Beast. They can never be but Gidge wants what she wants but do they want her? The back and forth drove me nuts but I get the hesitation on the guys part. I’m dying too know what happens next because the ending WOW.
- I felt every emotion that Gidget went through reading this book. She’ll never get over the loss of her sisters and having to push her best friend away to save her from the damage her life causes. Who can Gidge trust when her own family wants to either cage her in her room or kill her. Or how can you truly let yourself fall in love with the four men that she thought were hero’s to only be looking straight into the devils face. Will she ever truly be loved by the four bodyguards or will this be the end of her now. My mind is reeling after a cliffhanger ending that has me chomping at the bits!! C.M. Stunich how do you do it?? The suspense is killing me and I need book 2 NOW!
- This Dark MC will have you entranced from the first page. Gidget has such a horrible upbringing and has been handling so much in her young life. She was born in darkness. The author makes you feel every single thing shes going through. Her father is the president of the MC who is the devil himself. Her mother is pathetic. Her brother is wretched. She may be the princess but shes definitely cinderella with a smart mouth that gets her in serious trouble. She is not one to bend or break. She has no one in her life on her side including the 4 officers in the MC that she cant get enough of. They are definitely not her prince charming or her knights in shining armor. Club before everything. They are not hers but her fathers. This is only the beginning of the story and the ending leaves off on a cliffhanger that has you screaming in frustration. I can't wait for the next book. I need more.
- I'm a huge fan of books that evoke emotion. This one really hits hard! It's twisty and gritty and definitely brings the heat. There's so much conflict going on in each character; they're all pulled between love, loyalty, grief, and the strictures of their self-contained society. Feeling the tension as they try to navigate the different relationships is enthralling. I read this all in one sitting, and can't wait to see how the series develops!
